Shipping policy

** Due to ongoing shipping issues, Lostlake Studios will now only be offering shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and those European countries in Zone 2.  We're sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Shipping Policy

At Lostlake Studios, we are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process in stock items and 5-10 business days for custom orders.  Orders are processed Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Our studio is closed on weekends & holidays, so no orders are processed during that time.

If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be notified directly.

 

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end. We use flat rates to ensure a consistent shipping cost for all shoppers.

Canada Post Parcel with Tracking: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance.  Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.

Lostlake Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order as Lostlake Studios is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

 

International Shipping

All International shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end.  We use flat rates to ensure a consistent shipping cost for all shoppers.

USA

Tracked Parcel: Includes tracking number. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. Many packages take time passing through customs. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

All Other International Shipping outside of the USA

All International shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end and then transferred over to your countries federal postal service.  We use flat rates to ensure a consistent shipping cost for all shoppers.  Many packages take time passing through customs. Lostlake Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lostlake Studios is not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.

*Should a package not be delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may apply for a refund or product replacement.  Should replacement product be sent and not arrive, a refund will be issued only after the claim has been processed.  Should the original package arrive after replacement product arrives, original product must be returned.*

 

Local Pick Up

Our local pick locations can either be arranged for the Kelowna Farmer's Market (seasonal based) or 405 Sumac Rd E.  Kelowna, BC.

When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with all the pick up information.
